We recently replaced multiple windows and doors with Jeldwen products. We are so impressed with the quality of this product which made installing a snap. That however was not the most impressive part of choosing Jeldwen windows and doors. It was our experience dealing with Nelson Ferreira. He guided us through every stage of our decision making with professionalism, suggestions, cost awareness and years of experience. We never felt sales pressure or that we were a pain even when we made last minute changes. He was always accommodating to meet with us and have discussions. The worst customer service I've experienced in a while. Emailed them, nothing back. Phoned them, seemed ok. But didn't follow through with anything. I wasn't even looking for warranty. I just need detailed instructions on which vinyl trim piece to remove to change the glass. 2nd phone call buddy rambled through how to do it, without even knowing which series windows I have.

Horrible customer service garbage products wish i would have read the reviews before i purchased new windows for my home as they are causing more damage then the 30 year old wood windows that i replaced AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WARRANTY IS GARBAGE YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ⚠️
