Recently I unexpectedly needed assistive medical devices and not only did Chelsea at Homequip make me feel comfortable and welcome, and assist me in not only selecting items for my needs but making sure I knew how to claim them with my insurance provider, but she even followed up to make sure I had everything I could possibly need to feel safe and secure when returning to home from hospital. After breaking my leg I went to Home Equip to get a few things to make life easier. The staff was very kind and had a great knowledge of all the products and got me set up with all the items I needed but never thought about. I was tell taken care of and would highly recommend Home Equip to anyone.

I've been going to Home Equip for a couple of years now. Everyone there has been extremely helpful, kind, and they know their stuff! Anybody that's disabled or whose needs have changed will likely find whatever they need here. I went yesterday and Chelsea helped me with ordering my new mobility aid and not only did she spend time on that, she took time to make sure that my current wheels were adjusted correctly since she had noticed that something was set a bit too high for me. What a difference it made! Josh is going to come to our home to assess for ramp and was very informative and friendly even though they were almost closing he took the time to set something up for us. I highly recommend them for their wide range of products/aids for living and the way they treat everyone who comes in.

L Kovalik My wife has severe damage to her hip that made her unable to walk and making it extremely difficult to get out of the house to go to an appointment to see a surgeon. On a Monday I spoke to Josh at HomEquip asking for a wheelchair lift purchase\installation, from house into garage, ASAP. By Friday (4 1/2 days later) it was installed and working, resolving the emergency. Excellent service, excellent communication, excellent professional help when it was needed. Four years prior to this emergency, we also had HomEquip install a stairlift in our home. That was also a painless, and smooth experience. Very professional, high quality workmanship, and excellent responsive service when a minor issue occurred. I highly recommend HomEquip to anyone who needs medical equipment and services.
