Looking for a doctor forever. This place feels like home. Dr. Ahmed is extremely knowledgeable, diagnosed something the E.R. at Concordia couldn't. The Filipino receptionist knows everyone's name! And deserves a raise I'm sure.
The pharmacist is nothing but smiles.

I went in as a walk-in patient May 2024 to get a rough spot on my neck looked at. It was Actinic Keratosis (pre cancerous growth) and the young woman doctor froze it and another spot right then. Great service! It was about 45-50 minutes from walk-in to exit.
50% chance of being talked to in a condescending tone on the phone no matter how nicely you talk to them (depending on which receptionist picks up.) Your reception is the first person your patients meet, so they set the tone for how a person feels when receiving care. Also, some staff at your reception desk don’t know how to put callers on hold. They just put the phone down (on the table, I guess?) and I can hear them talk about other patients’ private health/personal information.Would’ve been zero stars, but it’s hard to find a competent female doctor in my area.
