I haven't been to a class in a while yet I still remember everything coach Mike and coach Kyle taught me - they are amazing instructors, along with the rest of the team! I always looked forward to coming to class and enjoyed every lesson they offered. Would highly recommend the women empowered self defense program (it's actually life-changing)!!

If you are looking for jiu jitsu school where the atmosphere is positive & structured in which you can learn and actually see yourself improving, then this is the school. Mike, Jason, George, and Kyle are all dedicated and experienced professionals. Who are all very approachable and personable in the teaching of jiu jitsu, in a safe and controlled environment. The school is very clean, organized and has a welcoming environment, which you can see by the smiles on the students faces. This school has students from all ages including children 3-4 years old all the way to students in their fifties. I highly recommend this school!Alan
