First time at GoodLife using my free trial because a friend had recommended the gym. And location.
First of all, the equipment was really nice. I was surprised to see the amount of dumbbells and benches available even while the gym was busy at its peak. Nicely kept equipment and well maintained, many staffs walking around and available to assist with questions.
I also tried the hot yoga class which wasn’t my favourite but it was alright. The instructor had some kind of attitude and was a little bit condescending although I could tell was experienced and encouraging in some aspects.

It's a good place. Sometimes it gets a little too busy and that can delay one's routine but it's because its a good place with a lot of good equipment and the staff are friendly. I recommend it.
I've been going to Goodlife Grant Park for about a year. Great people to work with. Great facility. Kudos to the Fitness Manager Tyler who, for all intents and purposes, has helped me walk again!
Just had to renew my membership, due to a change in a family situation and dealt with Brock. Great guy who made the entire process seamless.
