Working with Floor Country was a breeze as their staff is very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with! They installed new flooring, baseboards, and some door casings throughout our condo unit. From choosing flooring with the proper specs, down to working with our schedule and communicating very clearly as installation was happening—every aspect was professional and well managed. Our family would highly recommend going with Floor Country Canada if you’re looking to have work done in a space. Their wide selection of products would work with any number of projects.

Initially approached Floor Country Canada for flooring options. An in home appointment was scheduled. Upon further discussion with their designer, Hency Patel, we decided to also update our kitchen and main floor. Hency developed a design to incorporate all our ideas. Throughout the process she was able to offer solutions and make recommendations. She developed a schedule for our project, ensuring products and contractors were available. I highly recommend Floor Country. Their selection is top notch…but what impressed me most is their warmth, and customer service. I mis-measured the job I was doing, and ended up ordering an extra case, and even though they have a “no return policy in place”, they were gracious enough and made an exception for me to return the extra case.
