Easy to work with Paul and others at the office. As to workmanship, great quality. There was a glitch with someone having tagged the wrong roll and we ended up with the wrong colour of carpet installed. That was quickly remedied by the crew coming out a couple days later, removing the wrong colour and installing the correct order in a matter of a couple hours in the two bedrooms.

We cannot say enough about how well we were treated, starting at sales all the way through to the installation. Omar and Ryan (Sales) did a great job providing feedback on product and selection. The price couldn't be touched by other competitors. They stuck to their dates and were a pleasure to deal with. The installer (Bruce) has decades of experience and performed the installation in a manner that exceeded our expectations. Clean, professional and informative. If you're purchasing from End of the Roll ask for Bruce to be your installer! We have no problem recommending End of the Roll Regent to friends and family.
