In the end not only did Eastern offer me the best price in the city on a new Grand Cherokee but they also offered me the best trade in value on my car. Highly recommend talking to Tristan. I found him professional and appreciated his no-pressure approach.

Update: They sent my deposit the same day I wrote this review. I don't think I should have had to do that to get a response, but I'll give them 5 stars anyway for not completely ignoring me.
On the last week of November 2025, I e-Transfered a $1000 deposit to their finance manager to hold a vehicle I was discussing over with one of their salesman.
On the first week of December, the deal didn't go through, I promptly requested my deposit be refunded because the vehicle no longer needed to be held for me. I was told the refund will be processed and it will take up to a week. However, it has been two months since then... read full review

I took my vehicle to Eastern Chrysler for my winter tire change and oil change. Everyone there are very friendly and I have never had a problem with the vehicle once it has been done. Would recommend to anyone to go there.
