Very personable, great service goes over and above. My dog has anxiety so they cut her nails outside because she won’t go in !
My girl Roxy is ALWAYS so scared when she gets her nails cut but Darci always cuddles her and and her team try to go as fast as they can as they know this can be stressful for her. They have nothing but generous, gracious, kind and give the upmost respect, dignity and caring to my girl. After it's done she gets praises, love and treats and sometimes a bandana from Darci. I don't live near her shop but I definitely don't mind the drive knowing my girl is gonna get the very best care. Also nice that pet value is close by so after her nail cut we reward her by her picking out her own bone! 🙂 When I go there the dogs in her shop always look content and happy! Great job ladies and Thank-you!
