My dog is very anxious and doesn't like new people. I was afraid she might hip in fear, however the owner was very patient with her and said she was wonderful with him and could come back anytime.My parents also bring their dog here and she always comes back looking like a show schnauzer. Highly recommend.

We take our dog Snowa there for grooming and they are very nice and welcoming to us every time now is more than 6 months that he is going there every month for full grooming. He looks great after that ??????

I have been taking my dogs to Ian and Kim since the St Norbert location. They have always done a good job, I used to take my Doberman there for a bath and nails, she liked Ian and she didn't like a lot of non family members so that speaks volumes to me. He's been grooming our Labradoodle for the last 7 years and we just took our Standard Poodle pup in for his first cut, Ian did a great job (as per usual). Once in the waiting room our pup still went to Ian for attention, again this speaks volume considering it was his first cut and he still likes Ian. Wouldn't trust my dogs to anyone else!

We are now Mobile, that's right we come right to your door, just call to set up a time. Although our normal days are Tuesday to Saturday, we are a family business and work by appointment, there are times we may not be available on a regularly scheduled day.
