Dakota Lock and Safe… yeah, it’s good. I got locked out keys inside, classic move and these guys show up like, no big deal, open the door, give me my key back. Ten minutes. Boom. Done. Staff’s solid, store’s solid, me? I’m alive. Couldn’t ask for more. Also, they didn’t even judge me. That’s impressive.

Very kind, helpful, and communicative. They were able to inexpensively and professionally rekey multiple locks at substantially less cost than an alternative. I am very happy with the service they provided and suspect others would be too!

We needed the lock on our office door changed last minute. They sent someone right away, despite is being the end of the day. Locks were changed quickly and had all new keys for the staff made. Excellent customer service and quality work.
