Receptionist was rude on the phone when I booked. I asked if the appointment is with a female or a male practitioner and she said "if it was a male I would've let you know". Nicole was friendly but the massage was very intense and no questions were asked for how much pressure I like, if it's okay to use essential oils etc. I felt uncomfortable speaking up in treatment as my practitioner talked a lot from start to finish through the massage.
The receptionist looked like she hated being there. She lacks customer service and kindness. She wasn’t friendly at all. The massage was good and Agnes had a good suggestion for me.
First time getting a professional massage couple weeks ago by the owner. Nice lady and did a good job. Got another massage today from a different lady. Was even better. Great place clean inside and friendly staff.
