I've required a couple xrays over the past 5 months and cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Kayla. She is a knowledgeable, upbeat, supportive, kind, patient and an understanding professional who goes above and beyond. The first time I had an xray was after a major car accident and she ran upstairs to see by doctor for clarity to ensure the xray would provide the necessary information needed for my doctor. This resulted in me having accurate information the first time rather than having to come back. Didn’t have to wait at all for my xray! The xray tech (I think her name was kayla) was one of the most lovely healthcare workers I’ve ever met. Props to her for providing a great experience for me today! We need more people like her in healthcare.
