No management on site no maintenance on the building garbage everywhere also infestation with cockroaches they won’t send pest control. Despite numerous photos and proof of infestation. They also won’t answer your calls. Don’t live in 295 stradbrook and try to avoid capital or alliance asset management.

Capital Property Management took over my apartment complex from Sussex and has actually done worse for the building (worse than Sussex!) They have misplaced my rent several times, I cannot get a hold of anyone to help me with issues they cause, I don't even know who my landlord is. The turn over rate is so high I can't keep track of who is in charge of my building. I communicated with a landlord in spring of 2022 (and he was actually helpful!) but trying to reply to the email in Fall yields nothing, as the email no longer exists. I suppose he left? Haven't heard anything about a new landlord! Emailing their info team is useless as no one replies.Capital group, I'm sure you guys are good for commercial real estate, please stay that way. You're useless at managing residential complexes.

If I do not receive a response by the end of the day today regarding the whereabouts of my damage deposit I will be getting RTB involved. EDIT* it took getting RTB involved to receive my damage deposit. Don’t let them give you the run around, get your earned money back from these crooks.

Capital took over my building from another property management company. I've been so happy with the work they've done since taking over. They fixed my radiator and others in the building that were banging loudly and took every measure to make sure they were fixed. My neighbour's suite was flooded and they made sure my suite was not affected. Every issue I've had has been dealt with within a day or two. Thank you to Jen, Barry and the team who is always so helpful and kind.

The Accounting department would be better run by toddlers, the staff is extremely rude and very uncooperative, the only thing they want is to keep your deposit and squeeze you for any extra cash along the way, I would rather be homeless than rent from capital management.

I have been waiting 3 months to receive my damage deposit and still haven’t received anything. I’ve emailed and called numerous times and each time they say that they are working on it. Very poor management and communication skills.

they made us wait 8 days to find out we did not get the apartment. it started with their colleague "catching covid". then they just kept lying in their emails stating when they'd get back to us. we'd wait, and nothing. they are unreliable disrespectful and inconsiderate when it comes to someones living situation. 8 days just to process a piece of paper then never call back. they had us waiting and yet never even gave us the closure of someone else getting it. theyre also impossible to get ahold of.
