He was very knowledgeable with his product, and helped me to understand the differences between, what I thought I wanted, and what was actually needed. Trevor helped me pick out my windows. And he said they would be installed within 6-8 weeks.
That 6-8 made me flip flop on my choices many many times. After all; once they are installed I have bought them. Then the day came when my windows were here. Adnan was the first to show up, he introduced himself to me and explained everything that was going to happen and that the windows would be here in a bit.

They were excellent to deal with! Good prices, kind and knowledgeable salesman Ivan, installers were polite and helpful. They made this process so easy for me that I would recommend them to anyone!

The whole process went very well. Nikolia was very good when he came to provide the estimate explaining the details of the windows from the frame , glass and hardware. The installation crew led by Faruk (Serge and Peter) were very nice and they laid down tarps inside to protect the flooring. The work was done very well from removal of old windows and installation of the new ones. They used spray foam to seal the frames to the studs and caulked the brick mould on the outside to keep water out. The vacuumed inside and cleaned up and disposed of all the old windows.
