DO NOT use your credit card as payment to wash your car. I'm not sure if all three Blondies car wash have a minimum of $15 automatically put on your card, but this location does. If you use less then $15 the car wash holds your money hostage and tries every trick in the book to hang onto it. This is an unlawful practice. The car wash is responsible for the reverse balance and should be done within 2 to 3 days. After 5 days I still didn't have my card reimbursed and got the proverbial run around. I had to contact my credit card and put a dispute in against the car wash. I had the reversal balance the same day. Your business reputation is only as good as how you treat your clients. This business is a fail in my eyes and I will not support this type of behaviour.

In response to your complaint, I would like to state that the staff at this car wash have always been friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I have been using this car wash for almost 10 years, and I have never experienced any problems with the staff.
It is also common sense that when there is a lineup outside the car wash, customers have two options if they wish to dry their car: either leave the bay or continue drying while the meter is running. Holding up the line is unfair to other customers who are waiting.
I personally saw and heard the entire conversation between you, Mr. Paanoh, and the staff member working last night. The employee remained polite and respectful throughout the interaction. On the other hand, you became aggressive, raised your voice, and attempted to intimidate the staff by saying you would not leave the wash even though there was a lineup and your time had already expired.
It is unfair to now blame the staff for this situation when they acted professionally and appropriately.

I don't recommend this car wash. Today was my second and final time washing my car. As soon as I finished washing and started drying it, I was rudely asked to leave the car wash or I'd have to pay for water before I could dry it, even though the car wash was practically empty and there was no line of cars. It was cold during the wash, and the gates were constantly open and wouldn't close.
