Wife was buying a new 2022 f150 all Birchwood staff we were introduced to were very friendly and personable taking their time to introduce themselves stopped by today enjoyed a coffee and talked to some of the team really nice peopleStopped in today after getting the run around at tax center had a coffee with my daughter and again met some really nice associates
The service staff were very helpful and accommodating getting my vehicle in even though I had no appointment. They found the problem and had to order the parts in for the repair. This I could understand that it would be impossible for them to stock every part. Great service. Thanks, service team.
