Very good service and repair. Theret was a lack of communication about the status on the progress of the repair. I had to send a text message to learn about the repair status. My texts were answered promptly. It would be nice to have a few updates without having to text in order to find out the repair status. This is a minor complaint. Overall I am very happy with the repair service.
Ever since they took over for the Dodge dealership, they have not been very cooperative with tracking previous claims.for fixing things, and along with 90% of mpi approved places, they don't do "flood" claims....
I had to wait a month.. initially it was supposed to be 12 business days and a lot of the issues because of which i was delayed was for mpi, but end of the day they made up for itWhich is all i want, if there is a slip up making up for it, for my last week wait they gave me a free rental which and i had a choice to take a brand new camry.
