Customers have experienced great service and excellent service, with repairs done right the first time. Communication on the status of repairs is regular, with responses received the same day, often within an hour or two. They have had issues with having the vehicle done in the prescribed time frame, but Birchwood and Erik Olson provided excellent customer service. They strive to make the repair experience as smooth as possible.
Birchwood Collision was amazing to deal with. They were helpful, honest, and communicative through the whole experience, making the awful experience of being in an accident so much easier to deal with. Not only that but they managed to get my car back to me quicker than expected! Overall a great experience!! Highly recommend.
I recently had my truck repaired at the Birchwood Collision Centre on Owen St. and overall the experience was positive. The staff were friendly and communication throughout the repair process was clear.
The repair work itself appears to be well done. My truck was returned later than expected and the final result was worth the wait.
