Their customer service is friendly, and efficient, always solving my concerns without having to make a return visit for the same issue. I also appreciate that they have their Geek Squad Techs that can help with computer problems and diagnose weird electronic problems, too. I do wish they still had auto electronic installations onsite.

I came in to buy a Beats Lightning cable. The website showed four in stock, but none were on the shelf. Suhani went out of her way to check the warehouse and offered to order one for pickup when she learned they were out of stock. Great customer service for something as simple as a cable.
