This clinic has absolute an absolute garbage phone system which only lets you through to talk to a human at random. And has a pharmacist department who can't even transfer calls to the main clinic. The doctors are barely accessible. Whoever runs the clinic and pharmacy mismanages it like crazy.They either don't know what they're doing and it shows, or they don't care. Regardless, I would highly recommend picking another clinic. On top of all that. The bus routes around here are terrible too, so that's just an extra reason to go with somewhere else.To the clinic, I will say, it's unfortunate because there is potential. But when it comes down to it. from the mismanagement and excessively long wait times to meet with Dr. Gong when I actually need them.This place just doesn't have my back, and It shows, whose does it have? I don't know.

This woman is a useless cancer on the medical world I drove down the block to her appointment with 24 hours of consuming marijuana, and despite it being hours after the fact and she told me she was "reporting me" to MPI. Two years later I find out my license has been put on hold because I had moved out of the city and did not receive the letter. So this pathetic worm nearly costs me my job because of this, and I have to pay 50 bucks for an extortio- I mean doctors letter. Then I find out I have to keep getting this letter and buying doctors note for two additional clown years. This cow is going to start getting invoices. She couldn't properly diagnose depression or prescribe medication for my actual problems without a fight or argument but this quack can fraudulently diagnose me with cannabis consumption disorder on a whim? It's never affected my professional life until this pathetic excuse of a doctor made it difficult to drive, thanks to her fraudulent quackery. I'm already in a tight situation and this worthless excuse for a doctor has made life more difficult for me at every turn. Completely worthless, Stupid. Unprofessional, lying idiot of a woman. Don't waste your time with her unless you like being blamed for everything. Yeah sorry, I think you have to do more to earn your doctor's wage than just blame everything on marijuana.

This is aimed at the pharmacy, not the actual clinic (as the physicians and receptionist ladies are lovely!).I don't know who they have answering the phone, but the woman I dealt with the other day had probably the most unprofessional attitude I've encountered in a long time. She was snarky from the start of the phone call and spoke very inappropriately to me when I asked a pretty straightforward question that really did not warrant being laughed at or given attitude over.Please train your (pharmacy?) staff to have better manners and professionalism!
