I can say the following with confidence: if you are going to have a nose operation, go to Dr. Tkachuk. I had an operation on the lower nasal concha and the man did everything carefully and professionally. The only thing is that it took a lot of time. But bureaucracy is everywhere in American countries and without it nowhere. 3 stars because I often came and was sent home, but by constant persistence my problem was solved and life seems easier.
Of course, at the end I said that I was worried about blood vessels in my nose, and Tkachuk ignored it and simply said «everything is fine», but nevertheless, not taking into account all this, I am satisfied with the operation...read full review
If you’re looking for an otolaryngologist doctor who actually listens, see Dr. Tkaczyk. He is a great professional who genuinely cares about finding a solution to his patients' concerns. He asks thoughtful, detailed questions to fully understand the situation and then takes the time to clearly explain the diagnosis and next steps. Beyond his medical expertise, he is positive, easygoing, and has a great sense of humor which makes the visit much more comfortable. His assistant is also fantastic—she was incredibly organized and went out of her way to coordinate my appointment for my convenience. Highly recommend!
I don't tend to leave reviews but in this case I had such a good experience with Dr. Tkaczyk I was inclined to leave one. Compared to my previous ENT, he was very thorough, informative, and showed care. He gave me more insight on my issues and it was nice to see the scope of my nose and explained what he was seeing. He also came to different conclusions than my previous ENT that put me at ease. Overall highly recommended.
