Terrible customer service and very rude! The technician showed up multiple times without the right equipment to do a proper diagnosis of the issue yet has charged me full price. Despite multiple visits he did not fixed the issue, but sold me a part he assured would fix it. My dishwasher wont even work now, he actually made things worse! When I asked for a full refund for the incompetent work, the technician told me they would refund me, then removed the part he ordered (that didn't work in the slightest) after admitting guilt. I sent many emails about a FULL refund but the company only responded because of this negative review. They accepted no fault, even though their technician made it clear he didn't do what he was paid for, and then tried to bribe me to take this post down (which came of more as a slap in the face) instead of simply being accountable for their dishonest work. You can't even trust their 5 star ratings, as all those people have been bribed with a small refund to give them that rating. DO NOT USE OR TRUST THIS COMPANY!!

My 10 year old dryer stopped working the previous evening, I called the next morning and they sent a service technician to my place by the afternoon. The technician found the problem, fixed the issue quickly, clearly explained the repair and what caused the issue. They also accepted credit card payment in person. Overall, Very good service experience, I would definitely recommend them to anyone else and I will call them again in the future for any other appliance repairs. Very happy with the work performed, thank you!

I want to thank Nijat and his technician for such excellent service. We had requested a service call from a competitor and the tech spent 5 minutes looking at our Bosch gas range and told us it was an ignitor issue. I knew this wasnt true as the gas element was igniting but went out within 30 seconds. He charged us $150 for a service call and when we asked him to order the parts and to make an appointment to fix it, he told us the parts were not available. Nijat was a completely different story. The two techs that came out were super friendly and spent about an hour troubleshooting the issue. It turens out it was a dirty connection and a faulty temperature gauge. Nijat was able to get our oven working and told us he was not going to charge us until the part came in. As soon as the part was in he called and just fixed our range. I recommend Appliance Repair Experts without reservation!

Do not use this service. I had a “repair guy” come to my house and say he couldn’t diagnose the issue. He charged me for the visit, then asked me to record the leak when it happened next so he could diagnose it. So I did that and then tried to book another visit and the company said 3 times they would cal me back to book a second visit, and then eventually stopped answering my calls altogether and ghosted me. We eventually had to buy a new dishwasher when it became evident they never intended to actually fix ours, and were out the cost of their visit. After reading other similar experiences with this company I would stay away.
