I thought Doctor Zheng is professional. Because his clinic works over 30 years. I trusted him. I brought there a healthy cat. Just wanted to do some dental care. Doctor made surgery and put some stuff in her jaw (which was absolutely not necessary, but unfortunately I knew it too late). My cat started refusing to eat because of those thing in the jaw. I thought it’s okay and I just have to give her time to recover. But she didn’t eat for quite a few days. I took her to the hospital again. They made some lV for 2 days and 2 nights and sent her home, said she is okay now. But she refused to eat again. I brought her to the hospital again! And guess what? He said that I have to euthanise her. Just like that. She was healthy before surgery, all exams was taken and was perfectly normal. After surgery she refused to eat and her kidney stopped functioning. I took her home to say goodbye. But in the evening I took her to emergency clinic, I was desperate, I thought maybe they could help. But it’s too late. They removed those thing from her jaw and she started to eat! But it’s too late. Kidney function is not able to recover. She is home now. Since surgery is 2 weeks. 2 weeks ago I had perfectly normal healthy cat. She is only 7 years old. And now she has a few days left.

Noah needed dental work, including extractions, and the staff was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step.
What meant the most was how gentle and caring they were with Noah. You can really tell they truly care about the animals they treat. After the procedure, Noah is already doing better—eating again and more comfortable—and I’m so grateful.
Thank you for your excellent work and compassion. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for trustworthy and caring veterinary care!

Even though I lack financial mobility, they contacted Winnipeg Humane Society for me so my dog still gets the treatment he deserves.
