Merry and Zaafat are the best! They’ve been taking care of my hair for years, and the entire salon team is always so warm and welcoming. They really take the time to get to know you, your style, and what works best for your hair instead of rushing you through an appointment. I usually get a relaxer and top up with wash/set/style throughout the year.
They also always have a beverage ready for you :) which is amazing when you want to just settle and relax into their pampering.
If you have the time, definitely book the deep conditioning treatment — it feels incredible and leaves your hair so soft and healthy.
I came to Ambience to get an updo for a wedding. I was lucky enough to get Merri as my stylist. She is AMAZING. My hair is bra-length, so, it’s pretty long - she had me looking like a damn princess in 30 minutes!!! She is ridiculously talented, and if you need an updo for a special event, I recommend you go see Merri. You will not leave disappointed!!!! Thanks again Merri!

Went in for a silk press and was feeling kind of nervous initially because I really wanted my hair to look super flat. Needless to say, Zaafat delivered!! She was reassuring, kind, knew exactly what to do and also took great care of my hair to ensure that excess heat was not needlessly applied. Thank you so much Zaafat, you did a wonderful job! :)
