Long story short - a walk-in manicure took 2 hours. They say they have time when they don’t. They get you in a chair and start and stop the service so you can’t leave. I understand not wanting to turn away business but just be honest with your customers - if there is a wait I would have came back. Now I unfortunately won’t be coming here again.

I don’t recommend going to this place. They are so rude and start talking among themselves in their native language about the client which is so disrespectful to the client. I told them that I need guidance as this is my first time getting nails done and the lady there literally showed me attitude and was judging me for not knowing what I want. She wasn’t even letting me talk to someone on the phone which is quite annoying.. don’t go to this place unless you have no other choice..

I walked in at 10am and had an hour and half to get my nails done which at any other salon is plenty of time. I asked if they had time to fit me in. They said they did say me down immediately and took off all my polish THEN told me it would be an hour until the girl got there to do them. I felt totally scammed. Had they told me this before they took off my polish I would’ve said then today doesn’t work and come back some other time. Instead I had to wait because polish was all off my nails and looked horrible. By the time the girl got there she had to rush through it to get it done so I could make my next appointment and my nails now look horrible for Christmas....read full review
