Bought my gazebo 20 yrs ago and have not had any problems with it until recently when something flew into it in a windstorm and cut one of the screens. Called them up fixed in a week. These guys make great quality gazebos and have great customer service. Could not be happier with the purchase I made 20 yrs ago. Keep up the good work guys.
