Furnace went kaput two days before Christmas... Ryan was able to troubleshoot and give us a bandaid solution to get us thru until a new install could happen.. today Corey and Adam installed a new furnace. Want to thank them for the professional, efficient, speedy, friendly service. I recently replaced my AC through Barrtech and had a great experience. They were knowledgeable, on time & worked efficiently. Their prices are affordable and they do not try to upsell you. Ryan initially came to give me a quote on a new unit outside the typical hours of his working day. I really appreciated how he made time for me as a new customer. I will recommend this company to others & call them in the future for possible repair needs.
I will now and forever recommend Barrtech to family, friends, and colleagues. When my A/C totally failed on the weekend, I attempted to contact several HVAC service businesses, providing them with a description of a faint sound I could hear at times coming from the condenser (outside unit). I mostly either received quotes of thousands of dollars to replace my system (because it's "old" they say), or hourly rates for troubleshooting, or no response at all. Then there was Ryan from Barrtech. Not only was he the first to respond to my inquiry, he had already diagnosed the problem, and replaced the failed $25 part the very next day! Ryan is indeed a highly skilled and honest businessman, not to mention a fine gentleman.
