We hired Heritage Lane builders to do some renos based on favourable reports. We were not disappointed. Ashley came up with a beautiful design. The trades showed up on time, did very good work and even cleaned up after. We would highly recommend this excellent company for any construction project.Services: Home renovations

I bought a spec house by HLB and was able to make a few changes before possession. Upon possession, as always there were some deficincies. The former CSA guy didnt even take notes at that time nor at the 1 year walkthrough. I had to followup several times. A little while later a new guy Keith came into the fold. I had a good conversation with him and we got to tackling my list. There was obviously a transition between CSA guys and some things took a while to get going but in the end all of the deficiencies were addressed. We decided to buy a heritage home in March of last year. Construction was completed on time in October. We are very happy with our new home and the build quality is great. We have had a few minor issues, but they are quick to respond and address anything we've found.Ashley was fantastic to work with and made the process as stress free as it can be.I would highly recommend heritage as a builder! My only major criticism would be the realtor they use. He collected a hefty commission and did not bother to meet us at any show homes. Once we decided to communicate directly with heritage rather than go through their realtor it made things much smoother.
