Built our first home with Precision Homes. Lloyd was great to deal with, knowledgeable and helpful. Anytime I had an issue, or a question, Lloyd was easy to get ahold of, and able to meet me on site to address any issues or concerns. We would not hesitate to build another home with Lloyd or Precision Homes again in the future, and would recommend them to anyone.
First time building a house, and we chose precision homes. Used one of their designs and adjusted to our requirements. They explained things clearly on every step of the process. No unexpected expenses. I work on the road at odd times so it is hard to schedule meetings or appointments, he accommodated us and made sure selections were picked early so not to delay any steps.There were a few issues during and after the build. They were responsive and got them remedied in a timely fashion. We would have no problems building with them again.Services: Consultation
