Jen at ZenGenics is a lifesaver. I had multiple back and ambulatory issues in my late 40s and now, after seeing Jen for 2+ years (on an every 3-week schedule), my flexibility, mobility, and overall back health is great! I tell my wife I feel 33 again all the time and a lot of that has to with Jen!

My clients come to see me for a variety of reasons, stress reduction, wanting relief from sitting too much, sleeping the wrong way and general relaxation, to name a few. What I provide is a space where you can forget about your troubles for a spell, enjoy a bit of time for you, take care of you. So many of us are running about 24/7 to get all of the 'things' done.
