We have only used the labs here. This place seems busier than the Auburn lab and a lot more crowded. The road setup around this lab is lousy. As such we prefer the Auburn lab. They do have valet assistance here too. We have not used it. No appointments were needed and lab work didn't take long. Also Quest Diagnostics does the lab work so a doctor's order from another provider can be accepted with modifications!
Update: As of January 1st 2025 I was told they no longer accept lab work from other providers.

Feb 2025

I am writing this for going to the lab on Saturday. I went today to get my labs done as I could not go during the week. Checking in was great. The lab tech could not say my name correctly, I actually correct her and she still repeated it wrong. I even advise her of the name I would like to be called she ignored me. She proceed to withdraw my blood and it was the most painful needle stick. I made remove it and she proceed to suck her teeth after moving the needle around in my arm. OMG . I was grateful that my other arm was able to give blood and I ran out of there Arm is now black an blue. I will not be coming back there on a Saturday.
