Jessica is amazing. She knows her stuff and was extremely helpful in helping my mother find a replacement mask. Jessica was very thoughtful and patient with mom asking her so many questions about the different masks.

I have been trying to find a comfortable mask for my machine. The people on the phone were very helpful, but still not a mask that was comfortable could be found. Jody T in the Worc office was very helpful and did not quit into I found my comfortable mask. Thanks Jody for all you knowledgeable assistance . SP
