We have used Nordgren for several family member services and have always been happy with their service. My father recently died in Virginia and did not want a service, but was to be buried in Massachusetts. Nordgren worked with the funeral home in Virginia regarding his transport, and then handled the burial. They arranged for a veterans group to be at the burial, and using FaceTime we were able to watch. They also sent us several pictures and a video. They stored his flag for us which we were able to pick up this week. They are kind and efficient and I highly recommend them.
Our Mom spent 13 years in a nursing home with alzheimers disease. She passed on August 11th. Katherine Erika and the whole Nordgren team turned an unbelievable heartache into a magical memorial to my Mother. My Mom looked as she did 20 years ago. And my Mom was a beauty. The wake in the church wasn't anything that I experienced. But again Nordgren Memorial Chapel walked my family through every step of the memorial service.
