My friend Gary recommend the gym and he puts his all into making sure the gym is clean and equipment is working top notch. The environment with the other members seems to line up with what I want in a hometown gym. I recommend this spot on Shrewsbury St over all the big box gyms in Worcester. Also tan 24/7 need I say more!!
Great gym, other than the overhead lighting which of course is dreadful for taking pics when you feel like flexing out! Gary we need a posing room with those ambient wall lights 📸💁🏻♂️
As soon as you walk in the door Gary is happy and excited to help! Recently Gary updated basically his whole gym so the equipment is brand new, no need to worry about machines breaking weekly because people don’t have respect, here at this gym you don’t need to worry about that. He keeps the gym spotless and very clean. All his staff are knowledgeable and always willing to help. I’ve been to almost every gym in the area as far as global gyms and for the price and what is offered, I’d definitely recommend this gym to anyone.
