“Had back walking and deep tissue swedish done for my shoulders, lower back, glutes and hamstrings. Binnie improved my flexibility and pelvic coordination so I stand sit and walk straighter now. She uses cross-body techniques with rhythmic back walking to get alignment deeply. Care used side lying to get my QL (lower back) softened evened and smoothed out. I left there feeling better than when i came in and i notice that driving I don't have that pain anymore now. Thank you ladies! Very impressed and appreciative for the healing. “I love these guys so much. It’s odd I go to massages all the time at other places and they are just so routine. Even when you tell him it hurts in one satin area is still routine.
I went to these guys and Lisa she knows where pain sits. So although she massage is my whole body, she makes sure that the places that have pain get the most attention.
I never been to a massage place that is completely taking me out of pain. I go every two weeks and I recommend so many people at work and patients that come in to go to this place.

“Dr. Cao and her staff are friendly and professional. The office is clean and very comfortable.

When I went to the weight loss consultation, I am not sure if the program will work for me, I am quite skeptical. Dr. Cao reassured me that it will work. The weight loss and red light therapy program is excellent. It works even for someone like me which has trouble losing weight. I have lost close to 20 lbs since I started in early May, of course it’s all bio-individual. The added benefit is my glucose number went from high 100’s to under 100 now! I am looking forward to seeing my endocrinologist in August and find out what my current A1C is.

I wouldn’t say it’s easy, but if you follow the program, it will work.
