Kim's is an amazing place that has been open for a very long time, located downtown in the mid town mall. Customers have been shopping there since the early 90s and it is a go-to place for jewelry. They offer a great selection of necklaces, pendants, watches, and rings. They give great prices and are very reasonably priced. The customer service is above and beyond and they are friendly and helpful. They warranty everything and provide free jewelry cleaning for life. Most jewelry fixes are done on the spot. It is a blast from the past and customers definitely recommend checking them out.
I went in with a bent out of shape silver bracelet. I asked one of the people for a quote on how much it would be to fix. He said one second, took it to the back, and fixed it in 2 seconds. He handed it to me and said all good and refused payment. Truly such nice and helpful people. Come here for fixes

This place is amazing !!! I’ve been shopping here since the early 90’s. They have always given me a great price. They warranty everything and most fixes are done on the spot. And the customer service is above and beyond !!!! I would definitely recommend going downtown and checking them out !!!! I have bought several necklaces and pendants and watches there.
