Best part was their empathy and their honest desire to help align the facility to our friends Hindu rituals (unlike other places in the region). Their team went beyond expectations (shout out to Sam) to support the family in arranging everything in detail, having a strong foresight to ensure we had everything we needed in advance (streaming, water, canopy and umbrellas as it rained). First time dealing with this type of event and the folks at Kelly's made it very easy and efficient. They expressed concern and offered their support and services. It feels wierd to say that I would definitely use this type of business again, but, well, I would - should the need arise.

I chose Kelly because I had simple needs (no funeral, cremation, death certificates), high ratings, and their transparent pricing. I got what I expected for those services. What I did not expect was even though I did not have a lot of needs, everyone at Kelly treated me like I had ordered the most lavish funeral. They were kind, sympathetic, communicative, and never once tried to upsell me but did point me to some earns that were much more our family's style. Obviously they are well connected with all the hospitals, donor services, and their cremation partner because everything went as seamlessly and as quickly as I could have hoped. Death is never easy.
