I found this place on a whim. Jayne is one of the most professional aestheticians I've ever met with. She is very pleasant, personable, and professional. My first experience was amazing and I'll definitely be going back to her. I bought a GroupOn (two Brazilian waxes for $45) last minute because my other appointment fell through and she was able to see me the same night. Her workspace is very clean, brightly lit, and nicely decorated. It was definitely a soothing feel. She uses hard wax which is really painless and she was really quick. I moved to Worcester area for my and my husband's job; I needed an experienced esthetician who is specialized in waxing. I was told that waxing hurts more than sugaring, so I was a bit worried. Jayne is indeed specialized as I experienced less pain with the hard waxing than the sugaring which was done when I lived near DC. I didn't even have radiating skin inflammation feeling thanks to the cooling lotion that Jayne used. I was expecting worse, but the full Brazilian wax was not that painful.
