The instructors are knowledgeable, welcoming, and truly supportive, with classes thoughtfully designed for all levels. Kristin, the owner, has built more than just a yoga studio — she’s created a community-centered space that gives back and places the greatest value on mindfulness, compassion, and becoming a better, more grounded human being.

My aunt goes to this studio and invited me along. I did the new client package and LOVED every class I tried. The instructors were helpful, inspiring, and kind. They welcomed me in and made me feel like a regular. Each class was slightly different and extremely challenging. I especially love the quotes and guided mediation at the beginning and the essential oil spray at the end. Bring a change of clothes because you will be soaked!

This is the best quality hot yoga you will get in this area and for the best price! (Coming from Boston where the cost has continued to rise). I also appreciate how the passes do not expire, which accommodates many life changes. I choose to drive 30 mins to this studio, instead of attending studios much closer to me. I only wish the studio was bigger as popular times/teachers can sell out. Must try!
