Charley and Trish were the best inspectors we could've asked for! They were incredibly detailed in their inspection, and they were more than happy to answer tons of questions and teach us about the inner workings of our new home. And despite an inspection typically focusing on all the things wrong with a house, they offered great feedback on all the things that were good in our house as well, which made us feel at ease with our purchase.
Their report included detailed notes and pictures of everything, and it was in our email just one hour after the inspection! Truly fantastic service, can't recommend enough
