The staff from the checkin desk with Kelsey and the amazing touch of Isabel was welcoming, expertly reviewed my progress, answering all my questions. I appreciate the personalized care and advanced technology. My smile is improving so it was worth to wait all this time, I can’t wait for my next appointment! Highly recommend this practice!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a good experience here that I felt like I should. Dr. Ridab was super skilled, you could tell right away that she knew exactly what she was doing, which made me feel a lot more at ease. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, not in a fake way, just really warm and professional. Everything went smoothly, and I walked out feeling cared for and relieved. Definitely recommend if you’re nervous about going to the dentist.

Gentle Dental was not only compassionate and kind when I needed both of those qualities most- they were professional and efficient. One week since having 2 back teeth emergency extracted and I’m healing so well. I can’t say enough good things.

This was my first visit to Gentle Dental in Worcester Mass. I was extremely impressed by how professional the staff was. The hygienist was very thorough and explained everything they were doing. I had not been to the dentist in over a year and this was a very pleasant experience.
The office had state-of-the-art x-ray in diagnostic equipment that made everything so easy to understand what was going on with my teeth.
I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who needs dental treatment.

Tried out Gentle Dental as my insurance had changed. My appointment lasted 2.5 hours (for x-rays & cleaning). I was told I had 5 cavities that needed fillings (I had zero at my previous appointment and have never had a cavity in my life) and that I need Invisalign or my teeth were going to crack and fall out. I have seen 3 other dentists in my life and have never been told this before. My whole experience felt like a scam and I’m certain there were trying to get me to pay for unnecessary procedures. I wouldn’t recommend any Gentle Dental as after research seems like a common practice.

Worst place ever treated like cattle didn't care about your issues just about $ the lack of care and empathy was shocking wouldn't even take my animal there !!!

Everyone is great! Starting with the receptionist. Dr. Noosha, Explains everything and makes sure you know your options. Best dentist I’ve had!

Stephanie does a very nice job every time I take my mom to do teeth cleaning.She is very ethical, taking a good care of her patients, and understands what they need. Stephanie taking her time to precisely clean the teeth to get amazing results. I really appreciate and trust Stephanie’s work and I can’t say enough good things about her.
