Called and made a confirmed appointment. No call no show for the appointment and ghosted us after when we tried to figure out what happened. Went with a better company.

Freddy is the man! We never used mini splits before and they are in the house we bought. Freddy greeted me, was very pleasant, communicated about everything he was doing, took the time to show me how to use and care for them, told me information about them I never knew, steps on what to do next, let me knew when he was getting close to being done, and double checked if I had any questions before he left. 10/10 I would recommend him to everyone! The mini splits look and work as if they are brand new now. Stop searching for mini split companies, this is the one you want….especially if you get Freddy!

Rob was awesome during his review of our current plumbing setup. Its a very complicated setup that was done DIY by the previous owners, and Rob took time to explain all the inner-workings he found as well as how 'best practice' is typically done. We felt very re-assured that Rob knew how to address our issues in the best way possible

Kenny came on time, with a bright, friendly personality that brought a much welcomed change to the stress of my morning. Friendly, cheerful, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about dryer systems, he gave me his undivided attention while he worked to resolve my issues. While the issue I'm dealing with won't be something he or the company can fix themselves, he gave me a run down of what the problem was in a way that was inredibly easy for me to understand and left me feeling confident I can get the problem taken care of with a contractor.
Absolutely using the company again. Kenny was a delight to have in my own and to work with.

Wow this is the best company to deal with ever. I had an issue with no water flow from my well pump. I called Control Point and they picked up the phone right away. They had a technician at my home within an hour. Dan and Joel quickly replaced a flow switch and got my water flowing again. The work area was cleaner than when they arrived. Pricing was very fair! Don’t look any further. They are my go to team for HVAC , plumbing and electrical !!10 Stars!! Update: I had the electrical team from Control Point to help with some electrical needs. Josh and Cam came out and installed some timers, smart lighting and replaced some outlets ! Ten Stars!!

Ben&Chris were fantastic! They diagnosed quickly, filled me in on what the price would be, thorough and very helpful. I will not hesitate to give them a call again! Additional review they installed a new AC system, Freddy and his crew. They were polite, conscientious and now I will live in a cool upstairs! 5 stars!

Ben arrived on time. He provided the correct parts and fixed my furnace. Once again he was prompt, explaining what he was doing to correct the issue. He explained a couple of other issues that need to be addressed. He is an asset to your company.
