Once again Garabedian Plumbing & Heating Inc. came to my rescue. We had company coming for the weekend and my gas water heater sprung a leak about 10AM on the Friday our visitors were arriving. I called their office and told them my horror story. They said they would have a tech available soon and they would send him over. They just asked me to get the model and serial numbers. About 30 minutes later Jamie from their office called me and said that the tech was on his way. Also, she said they had checked the serial number with the manufacturer and found that the heater was still under warranty. Very happy with the service. We called late in the morning today to get a drainage issue addressed. They sent Caleb out the same day. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Caleb was very up front about the costs and explained everything. We have used Garabedian in the past, and have always been happy with their work.

I just had Eric from Garabedian Plumbing check out my sump pump that I felt was not working since I got some water in my basement during last storm. He determined that it wasn't the Sump pump, but there was a crack in the foundation that was what he believed to be the culprit. He told me how to fix it on my own and if it leaked again to notify them. Finally, an honest Plumber! Such a rare commodity . I will definitely be using them in the future for any of my plumbing needs and also my family and friends will be referred to them Honesty means so much!!
