I have had a wonderful experience with JoAnn. It's exhilarating to have the hair removed and not come back! She's professional, it's a clean office, and she's timely. If you can't wear a mask at this time, it's unfortunate as you won't be able to schedule an appointment. Just a heads up. (1/2024)

I started going to see JoAnn for laser hair removal several months ago. After having two babies, I'd noticed dark pigmentation on my upper lip and more/new hair growth on my chin than before kids. Let me just say, she is AMAZING. The pigmentation I had developed is almost completely gone and I no longer need to wear makeup 24/7 to cover it up! My appointments are quick and painless and she always manages to accomodate my schedule when it's time to book my next appointment. JoAnn is kind and professional - simply the best! Amazing! Joann's service of electrolysis has changed my life. As a woman with PCOS and unwanted hair I couldn't be happier with the electrolysis provided by Joann. She is always super flexible with scheduling and her prices are better than anyone around. I used to be super self conscious and now I don't have to worry about unwanted hair. Joann is caring and super knowledgable with her craft. I continue to recommend her to friends and family because I am truly so happy I found her!
