An update here on my AC from Energy Saver Solutions. It worked great throughout the summer, even cooling my home on the 98 degree day we had in July. I had a 2 ton unit installed based on guidance from Sean whereas most other installers that bidded my project wanted to put a 2.5 ton unit in. An oversized unit would have resulted in more cycling of the compressor, less humidity removed from the air, and a lower overall efficiency and life-expectancy for the system.
In late August had them install ductless system in our house (4 units). Quote was fair, Ben and his team were very responsive and offered a good customer service. Installation crew arrived on time and was very accommodating. Overall, good experience, very satisfied with their work and I highly recommend them!
