Simple process to book and pick up rental equipment. The staff there is AMAZING. The front desk and the guys who loaded my vehicle were kind and friendly. I would definitely use this service again as well as recommend it.
Needed a bunch of folding chairs for a party. Thought I'd have to buy a bunch of folding chairs for the party but thanks to Central Mass Party Rentals I was able to rent them for a very reasonable price. Pick up and return was seamless. Location conveniently off the highway.
My husband and I hired Central Mass Party Rentals for our wedding which was in the peak season of events in October. We came to them very last minute and they were more than helpful and accommodating. Even though we were outside of their typical service area they made it work and couldn’t have been nicer about it. They came out three separate times for us for the site survey then for setup and break down. All of the staff were friendly, especially Ken, who oversaw the entire thing.
