I don't know what the bad reviews are for. I saved my spot online last night. Was able to pick my time, and also pre register. I walked in and was seen within an hour. I recommend online registration to save the headache. It's so much faster! Also the staff were all very nice and truthfully very helpful.

The two women at the front desk were wonderful! They make you feel comfortable, provided a hot pack and corrected the incorrect pharmacy expeditiously. Sadly, like most urgent care facilities, the wait time is approximately three hours. If you feel uncomfortable in a crowded waiting room, they allow you to sit in your vehicle and call you when they're ready to examine you.

Great staff. Seen in a timely manner. From front desk check in quickly, to nurse who I had a few laughs with, to doctor. Everything went great. Quick easy all questions answered. Overall great experience.I am so thankful for everything this everyone at this location provided ☺️
