Undisclosed diagnostic fee of 90$. Bought a used 2021 Rav4 from an out of state dealership with nationwide 12month/12000mile warranty. Brought it in for someone to look at rear bumper as there was a rattling noise. Spoke with 3 people making appt and dropping it off. No one mentions a diagnostic fee. Surprise fee at check-out!
Fast and easy service with Woburn Toyota. In and out in an hour for regular maintenance. They even have video feedback of what was done on the car which is very much appreciated. Their lounge area upstairs is comfortable and fun for kids, as they have a ping pong table chairs that look out the highway.
I have nothing but great things to say about my experience purchasing a car with Ron at Woburn Toyota. Ron was very patient with all my questions that I had about the differences between all the RAV4 models. He really took the time to make sure I would end up with the car I wanted and didn't try to push the most expensive model. He offered choices that were within my budget and I really appreciated that. I also liked that Woburn Toyota had so many new cars on site to choose from. I walked away very happy and satisfied with my brand new RAV4. I highly recommend this Toyota dealership in particular to everyone.
