A large group of sales solicitors on my street today gave me a hard time about leaving my property and threaten physical injury to two people at my residence. Police will be following up with this. It’s all on video recording and I will be pressing charges. This is how this company operates.

BlueSel installed a rooftop PV array on my home in 2016, but I severely regret the decision. The system has been plagued with problems, and BlueSel has at times been very slow to respond. These companies make money from selling and installing arrays, but I suspect service is a far less profitable business component, and it therefore suffers. My PV array has required a complete replacement of the microinverters on every panel on two separate occasions. During the most replacement visit in May of 2023, the technicians noted that rodents had chewed through the wiring of two panels, rendering them dead. We were looking for a PV system with a storage solution that wouldn't take up too much space. Bluesel promised a system that was much more compact than what other vendors suggested, and so we went with them even though they were more expensive.
Signed the contract in August 2018, work started December 17, 2018 and stopped after 1 day. The crew came back January 15 and completed the install of the panels. Installation of the battery took a roughly a month, and the work schedule was sporadic and unpredictable. The battery and connected systems took up a lot more space than we had been led to believe.
